This centrally located, immaculately kept Tom Welsh townhome has five bedrooms and three and a half baths, and is truly beautiful. You'll immediately notice the raised first-floor elevation and two large fiberglass decks — perfect for entertaining guests while enjoying the grand public spaces.
Ground Level
On the elevation level you can enter the garage, which is attached to a rear bonus room. There's plenty of ceiling height for all your beach gear, a vehicle, and a golf cart, and we provide 10 beach chairs for use during your stay.
This ground level is designed to connect the pool area with the pool room — a cool, shaded space to serve cocktails, watch TV, or shoot a game of pool.
First Floor
Inside, the first floor includes three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The king bedroom on this level opens to a first-floor deck with an outdoor sectional.
Second Level
On the second level, the open spaces begin beyond the kitchen — white cabinetry, granite countertops, and blonde hardwood floors throughout. A center island, dishwasher, beverage fridge, and quality appliances make this a perfect place to entertain family and friends.
Beyond the kitchen and dining area, the space opens to a grand living room with tall ceilings and a white natural-gas fireplace clad in craftsman wood and marble. Sunlight pours through tall windows and a wide slider that leads to the large fiberglass deck with a teak dining table and gas grill. This floor also has a laundry room and a half bath.
Third Floor
The third floor hosts two bedrooms, including the primary suite with a king bed, a large closet, and a luxurious bathroom with a dual-sink vanity. There's also an additional en-suite with a queen bed and a full bath.
