How many people does each 24 Ocean home sleep?

Each of the four homes has five bedrooms and three and a half baths and comfortably sleeps ten.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is Saturday at 2:00 PM and check-out is Saturday at 10:00 AM.

What is the minimum stay?

In peak season (roughly June 19 to August 21) the homes rent Saturday to Saturday by the full week. In the shoulder months (May, early June, late August, and September) we offer flexible dates with a three-night minimum.

How do I book and what deposit is required?

Homes are booked directly with the owners. A 50% rental deposit and a signed lease hold your week; the balance plus a $1,000 security deposit are due 30 days before check-in.

Is the security deposit refundable?

Yes. The $1,000 security deposit is refunded within 14 days of check-out provided there is no damage.

Does every home have a private pool?

Yes. Every 24 Ocean home has a private pool, an outdoor shower, off-street parking, a gas grill, and ten beach chairs. The four homes share the same five-bedroom layout and differ only in their furnishings.

How far is the beach?

All four homes are a short, flat walk to the 24th Street beach path in Avalon.

Are there any booking or service fees?

No. 24 Ocean is booked direct, so there are no online travel agency service fees.

The homes share the same five-bedroom layout — sleeping ten, each with a private pool, an outdoor shower, covered decks, and a lower-level den — and differ only in how they're furnished.
